Joanne Najjar was selected to participate in 1000 Vases Paris 2026, an international exhibition dedicated to contemporary ceramics, bringing together artists from around the world during Paris Art Week.
She presented Rise Racine I – Terre de Feu, a handbuilt stoneware sculpture from the Rise Collection exploring roots, belonging, and the movement of growth.
Root-like lines emerge from the base and travel upward across the surface, creating a sense of ascent and organic movement. The sculptural form balances a grounded presence with an impulse to rise, reflecting the relationship between stability and transformation.
