Wave Voile Rosée – Grand Royale explores lightness through a form that rises and unfolds in soft, undulating layers. The thin edges appear almost weightless, creating a gesture suspended between opening and movement.
The sculpture expands outward from a more contained base, its overlapping folds shifting between openness and enclosure. From every angle, the silhouette changes as the edges rise, fall and turn, allowing light and negative space to become part of the movement.
Handbuilt in stoneware, the soft white surface is finished with delicate Rosée-toned edges. The subtle blush emphasizes the thinness of the contours and responds gently to light, reinforcing the contrast between the physical weight of clay and the apparent lightness of the form.
